he products that you ordered from Encore Fundraising will be here and ready for pickup on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 27th. PLEASE PLAN TO PICK UP YOUR PRODUCTS AND DELIVER THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. We do not have permission to use the freezer space in the school, so it is so very important to pick up your items on THURSDAY.
You will pull into the front of the school by the flagpole, we will get your students name/give your car a number. We will be inside processing orders while you are driving around the bus port to pick up your items. This process will happen between 4:30-8:00pm.
If you know ahead of time that you are not able to pick up your items, please make arrangements with another family to pick up your items.
It is also very important for you to check your order thoroughly BEFORE you leave the bus port. We cannot verify your order and replace items once you have left the school building.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY - If you are interested in helping us process orders, please come to the ORCHESTRA room at 4:00 on Thursday. We will take the time to show you what to do to make the whole process work properly. It is very important to have a parent work with each student on processing orders, so don't plan to just drop your kids off to work alone. Also - if you have a wagon that we could borrow - it will help us out!
